Absolutely delicious food, the most welcoming service, and all for an incredible price - what's not to love! Both the vegetable and non-vegetable curries (and the curry pies) are great! Samosas, mango lassis, and fresh fruit salad available too. They're quickly becoming a true Torquay gem!

Love this establishment! Always treated with such friendly service and greeted with a smile. Great option for a quick meal, that provides a range of vegetarian options also. Something for everyone in the family, including the kids. If you’re looking for a quick, good value meal, I would recommend Taj Express.

Have been for pie and a lunch special Pies are tasty, but overpriced. 12 dollar lunch special would be good on flavors but is essentially a container 80% rice 15% gravy and 5% meat. Veg ones seem to appear better populated with the "main event" namesake

Great selection of curries, pies, samosas, gyoza and theirs even fresh coconuts! the curry and rice I had was fantastic, so happy that we have a curry bar like this in Torquay (especially when your on the run and need a quick take away) and great value for money... Catherine is super friendly and im very happy to support for great food and good service, highly recommend Taj express your local curry bar (food is brilliant) two thumbs up 👍👍

So happy with my chicken curry and rice. They even do samosas. The lady serving was so genuine and friendly. They have plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options for my girlfriend. This is sure to be my go-to place for curry in a hurry!
